Session 5 - Post Production with the Editor and Director

Editing can make or break a film, and the producer’s role in postproduction is critical. This session looks at how producers collaborate with directors and editors to refine storytelling, solve creative and logistical challenges, and maintain the integrity of the project from rough cut to final delivery. Discussions will include strategies for balancing artistic vision with deadlines, audience expectations, and distribution requirements.
